Swine Flu - Possibly Engineered?

The Canadian media is reporting that the association between swine flu and pigs is in name only. They are saying that people aren't catching the swine flu through contact with pigs, or consumption of pork products.

Global pandemic has always been touted as a likely doomsday scenario and this whole swine flu scare seems to be mounting in severity fast. The virus seems to be a new strain and mixture of swine, bird, and human viruses. A new trio strain. Definitely sounds suspicious.

I'd love to see some data on any correlations between those contracting this new swine flu and if they had any flu shots.

Lets hope this is being way over hyped and will get under control.

Engineered attack/distraction? Freak accident of nature?

At this point it's looking pretty overplayed to me. Perhaps this is a test scenario of sorts. It seems a bit fishy. I'm leaning towards an organized distraction, or possibly an enginered bio attack.
